All documents, swatches, and garments are sold for design inspiration purpose only, and no warranty is ever made regarding exclusivity, fitness for use/distribution, copyright, trademark, or patent. Paradox NYC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents do not agree to indemnify purchaser for claims/costs made against these designs. Any writing attempt to assign rights to, or indemnify the purchaser is unauthorized and void. No agent, employee, director, or officer is authorized to modify this agreement. Purchaser agrees to indemnify Paradox NYC and its officers, directors, shareholders, and employees against cost incurred defending this contract. This is the complete and final understanding concerning terms herein and these term cannot be modified by prior, contemporaneous, subsequent agreement. If any provision fails, all other are to be construed as fully binding. All credit card payments have a 4% fee added and a cash discount will be added for all check or cash sales. All sales are final.
